20 Grey Knight Terminators Wishes everyone ''Happy New Year''

One way or another I finished the 20 Terminators I wanted for the Grey Knight Army I had in mind. That was the first phase of the Grey Knight Project but I will waste no time at all proceeding to the next phase. So, a Librarian and Lord Draigo himself will grace my paint station. Also, a Dreadnought and 2 pairs of Twin Linked Auto Cannons.
But enough reading. Please enjoy the full glory of 20 Terminators.

More knights shorter Psycannons!

With only 5 days till new year I am trying to finish my 20 Grey Knights roster. Right now I have only one left.
One more new problem is that I totally forgot that I still lack a 5 man assault squad for the new Angel Sanguine roster I plan to take with me for the I.C. Tournament I will attend at 08/01/2012.
Even worse I fancy to compete with 3 land raiders, two of them to be with las cannons (Phobos pattern) when I only have one.
So no rest for me I have to paint! A lot!

Salamander's Land Raider Redeemer.

I wanted a Land Raider for my Salamander project so I asked Dimitris (Sin Kazama) from the Battle Bunker Club to use his airbrush and paint the Snot Green basecoat, then I asked Promitheas and Arion to do their magic with the said airbrush and paint some ''mud effect'' onto the hull. Sadly the pictures don't do justice to their awesome work but the fact remains; painting with friends is as much fun as playing with them. Next time you wish to paint do so with your friends, you can't imagine how much fun it is and how many new things you will learn while you are at it.
Now I have got a new monster to transport my terminators ''Into the fires of battle, unto the anvil of war!''

Salamanders Assault Terminators

Salamanders Assault Terminators this time ladies and gents! The main plan was to paint a unit
of five Terminators armed with three thunder hammers and two with lightning claws.Somewhere in the progress the plans changed to a unit of five armed with hammers only. Now the plans are for a unit of seven with five thunder hammers and 2 claws! One way or the other , I now own a unit of five Terminators and these are good news indeed!

Angels Sanguine Vanguard Veteran Squad

Α special momment for everyone in the wargaming world is when you finally manage to paint the unit you wanted and you sit back to enjoy the result.
A momment like that is today. The Vanguard Veteran Squad is ready. With models from the Mk1 Veteran range and Vanguard Veteran range I think I did a great job.
Also I prepare my Angels Sanguine for war. Less than a month away is the Indipendent Club Tournament I plan to attend. By that I mean I will have to correct mistakes and build some bases. So, here's the finished scout sniper squad I finished!

More Paladin action and a tiny Empire model!

My recent assignment drove me away from my beloved wife (and her cute cats), away from my hobby (yes I'm talking about 40K here) and friends! Thankfully, here I made new friends and lately we made a gaming table to enjoy 40K. Now every third or second day I can host a game and we can discuss WARHAMMER as much as we want.
Today I have one more Paladin and a Handgunner but soon the Grey Knights will terorize the new gaming table as I am only 3 models away from the LvL 1 Grey Knights list I am intending to do.
Till next time take care everyone!

1 minute to the Drop Zone!

After two loooong weeks I am finally back. The move to a new house can be always tricky but I managed it rather well. The rest of the week was a race against time trying to organise flights with the C130s, MC1-1c parachutes and rosters for two parachute jumps to two different landing zones.Too tricky if you ask me but  everything went smoothly with only a minor injury. After two tiring weeks I can sit back and smile.

Two models this time for my Grey Knights and Salamander projects. Another 4 Handgunners are waiting to be painted and more GK Termies to finish my 21 models roster.

Thanks for watching and take care!
