I like it. Especially on Space Marines it makes all the flat surfaces more interesting. And don't forget, these guys are on the battlefield not on some parade!
ReplyDeleteI personally think Marines should take pride in keeping their armor as the Emperor made it, thus no battle damage or weathering for me!
ReplyDeleteHey! What's not to like? I like the way it turned out. Though I kinda agree with Mad Pat... I guess it's whatever you decide to theme your army with. Just make sure it's consistent throughout the force. Lookin' good!
ReplyDeleteAs a friend of mine said 'combat damage is the new trend' I will paint only a 5man sternguard squad just to be sure.
